Interlining is a kind of auxiliary material for garment processing, which plays the role of skeleton in the garment. Through the modelling, reinforcing and shape-keeping effects of interlining, garments can be formed into beautiful styles in all shapes and sizes.
It is made of polyester, polypropylene or viscose fibres which are carded into a net and then mechanically or chemically formed into a backing fabric.
It is made from water-soluble fibres, polyester or viscose and is used as an embroidery backing that prevents the fabric from wrinkling, stretching or distorting after the embroidery design has been completed and washed.
